Evans Center pays tribute
to our fallen heroes

MidTown-May 27, 2002 --- Firefighters and Explorers teamed up with Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, the Lake Shore Senior High School Marching Band and other community organizations to march in the annual Memorial Day Parade held in the Village of Angola.

The parade route started at the Angola Fire Department on Commercial St. and down Main St. to the Forest Lawn Cemetary off Orchard and Locust Avenues and included a ceremony of patriotic essay readings, a 21 gun salute and the singing of the National Anthem and other songs.
