Sleds Collide

MidTown - December 9, 2002 --- Two snowmobiles collided around 1:30am this morning in a snow covered meadow.

The accident occurred on Pontiac Road near the Eden-Evans town line. One victim was airlifted to the Erie County Medical Center by Mercy Flight. The status of the second victim is not available at this time.

Shortly after returning to service, Evans Center Volunteers responded to a fire alarm activation at Bad Mann Cycles and ATVs on Route 5. The cause for the alarm was unfounded.
