Volunteer Fire Company
Presidential Facts:
 | Our department has had a total of thirty-one (31) presidents since
incorporation in 1933, including our current President Geordie Sinclair. |
 | Teri Buczkowski was the first and only woman to serve as president of our
fire company. |
 | Twenty-four (24) different men and women have served our department as
president. |
 | Four (4) Presidents have also served as Fire Chief of our department. |
 | Only two (2) Past Presidents remain as active firefighters today. |
 | The Presidents holding the longest consecutive term were Earl Davis,
having served for five (5) years straight from 1935-39; and Clinton Soemann,
having served for five (5) straight years from 1997-2001. |
 | Four (4) Presidents served more than one term: Robert Corsi Jr., John S.
Ginnitti, Angelo Rizzuto, Ronnie Newcomb. Angelo Rizzuto served as President
three (3) different times. |
