MidTown - November 1, 2002 --- Santa Claus is coming to town thanks to the Evans Center Fire Company and the Town of Evan Police Benevolent Association in cooperation with the town's four other fire companies.

Santa and his helpers will visit Evans Center's Erie Road Fire Station #1 on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at 1pm, giving away free candy and fruit to the town's children.

Before stopping at Evans Center, Santa's crew will visit the Family Promise Home at the corner of Bennett Road and Rte. 5, spreading some holiday cheer.
