ECVFC Announces New Sample Letter Sent to Businesses in Our Protection District August
– 2001 Dear
Business Partner: We
are pleased to offer your organization an opportunity to participate in our
continuing community relations and public life safety education programs. Our goal is to produce trading cards for each of our
six pieces of apparatus – similar to the card
that was commissioned for our new fire station dedication. Here’s how our
program works: ü
We will
have 1,000 trading cards professionally produced: ü
You
receive 250 trading cards to display and distribute to your clients ü
We’ll
distribute the remaining 750 trading cards through our community education
efforts ü
Our
professional photographer: Bonnie’s Photo Imagery will photograph one
of our six pieces of apparatus – with your establishment or business sign
positioned prominently in the photo ü
The back
of the card will include a brief description of the apparatus, a fire/life
safety message, and “compliments of” your business with contact information ü
You will
receive an 11”x14” framed poster print of the trading card to proudly
display in your place of business ü
We will
display an 11”x14” framed poster print of the trading card in the public
entrance to our assembly hall ü
We will
permanently display an image of the trading card on our web site - visited by
hundreds of people each month ü
Your
total investment is only $125.00 – additional cards and posters are
available Partnering
with us in this positive promotional program demonstrates
your commitment to the fire department that protects your business and
employees, and your commitment to promoting fire and life safety education
throughout our community. And it’s a great way to promote your business – you
can even use them as business cards. Only six (6) businesses may take advantage of this
worthwhile program – click or call us today at info@ecvfc.org
or via voice-mail at 549-2885 to reserve your cards. If this program doesn’t fit your marketing efforts,
we offer many other community relations opportunities to suit your needs. Visit
our web site at www.ecvfc.org
and contact us for details. Thanks in advance for your consideration. Sincerely, EVANS CENTER FIRE CO. Tiger Schmittendorf
